Tasks, calendar and day-to-day
Tasks, your calendar, bookings and meetings, all in one place.
Who this is for: anyone who wants one place to see what's happening today — meetings, events, open tasks and notifications — plus your own personal to-do list.
What you need first: nothing extra. This works the moment you have a floor.
How your day is organised
Three screens cover this, each doing one job:
- Day to day is your dashboard — today's events, live or scheduled meetings, your top open tasks and recent notifications, all in one glance, each with a link through to the full screen.
- Tasks is your personal task list — a simple, flat list you add to and tick off.
- Calendar is where appointments and booking links live. The shared project board (kanban) and the Marketing team's social calendar are separate tools for those specific jobs — see Build Studio/Design Studio and Marketing per floor.
Steps

Open Day to day from the navigation to see today's schedule, meetings, tasks and updates together. Each section — "Today & upcoming", "Meetings", "Open tasks", "Recent notifications" — has its own "Open …" or "View all" link through to the full screen.

Add a task from Tasks: type it into the quick-add box at the top, pick a priority (High, Medium or Low) and press Enter or Add.
Switch task scope using the Mine / Team pool / Unclaimed tabs — Mine is your own list, Team pool is tasks shared with the team, and Unclaimed is anything pushed to the team with no owner yet, ready for someone to pick up.
Tick a task off with the checkbox on its row — it moves into the collapsed "completed" section underneath, and you can untick it the same way if you did it by mistake.
Delete a task with the bin icon on its row.
Open the calendar from Day to day's "Open calendar" link, or from the navigation, to manage appointments and your booking page.
Join a meeting straight from Day to day — a live meeting shows a red "Join" chip and, if it's a Google Meet, an external-link icon that opens it in a new tab.
Tips
- Day to day is the fastest way to start your morning — it already tells you what's overdue, what's live right now, and what's unread, without opening three separate screens.
- A task Alex creates for you (for example, after a discovery call) carries a small mark next to its title so you can tell it was added on your behalf.
- Tasks pushed to "Unclaimed" are for the whole team to see — claim one by moving it into your own scope rather than leaving it sitting there.
