Marketing per floor

Who this is for: anyone promoting a business, client or department — social posts, email, SMS and reputation, all scoped to one floor at a time.

What you need first: your brand kit filled in, so social posts and emails carry your logo and colours automatically.

How marketing is organised

Marketing lives per floor, the same as everything else — a client's floor has its own social calendar, email campaigns and inbox, kept apart from every other floor you run. The Marketing overview lists your floors; opening one takes you into that floor's marketing tools.

Steps

Marketing's overview is included on every business plan, from Solo up (it isn't part of Personal) — see the monthly plan and Wolf Credits for what each tier includes.

1. Open Marketing from the navigation, then choose the floor you want to work on.
2. Create a social post from Social posts — write it yourself or describe what you want and let it be drafted for you, using your brand kit's look.
3. Design a post visually from Post design if you want more control over the image than a plain caption gives you.
4. Plan ahead on the social calendar to see and schedule posts across the weeks ahead instead of one at a time.
5. Reply to comments and messages from the Social inbox — it pulls in activity from your connected social accounts into one place.
6. Connect your social accounts from Social accounts before posting or scheduling — this is a one-time step per platform.
7. Send an email campaign from Email, or a text message from SMS, when social isn't the right channel for what you're saying.
8. Check Reputation to see and respond to reviews for this floor.

Tips

• Connect your social accounts first — posts and the inbox won't have anywhere to go until you have.
• Reuse images and past posts from the social library instead of starting from nothing each time.
• Keep a client's marketing on their own floor even if you manage several clients — it keeps their content, schedule and inbox completely separate from everyone else's.
