Brand kit and the image lightbox

Who this is for: anyone setting up how their business looks — logo, colours and reference images — so Alex, Build Studio and Design Studio can all use the same brand automatically.

What you need first: a logo file and, if you have them, a couple of images that show the look you want (a previous website, a moodboard, a photo of your shopfront — anything that shows style).

What the brand kit is for

The brand kit is where your logo, colours and reference images live for a floor (or a building, if you want one look shared across several floors). Everything built for you — a website in Build Studio, a design in Design Studio, a social post — pulls from this instead of asking you to upload the same logo over and over.

Steps

1. Open Brand kit from the navigation. If you manage several floors, you'll land on an overview grouped by building and floor — pick the one you want.
2. Upload your logo. There are slots for different versions (for example, a light and a dark background version) — fill in what you have; you don't need every slot.
3. Set your brand colours. Pick them directly, or upload a reference image and use it as a starting point.
4. Add reference images — anything that shows the look and feel you want copied. These aren't used on their own; they guide the AI when it builds or designs something for you.
5. Click any image to open the lightbox — a full-size view where you can check detail, see the file name and size, and delete it if it's the wrong one, with a confirmation step before it's actually removed.

Tips

• A clear, high-resolution logo makes the biggest difference — everything downstream depends on it.
• You don't need to get the brand kit perfect before building anything. Add what you have now and refine it as you go; Build Studio and Design Studio pick up changes the next time you use them.
• Deleting an image from the lightbox is permanent once confirmed — re-upload if you remove the wrong one.
