The monthly plan and Wolf Credits
What each plan costs and includes, and how Wolf Credits top-ups work.

What you need first: nothing.
The short version
You choose a plan when you sign up and pay one monthly price from day one. Every plan includes a monthly allowance of Wolf Credits (the fuel for Alex and the AI tools); you only pay more if you choose to top up or move to a bigger plan. You can cancel any time. Prices below are the real, current prices — read from IntelligentWolf's own billing catalogue, not estimated.
Wolf Credits: what they are
Wolf Credits meter AI usage — Alex's conversations, automations, and generating images, video, pages and documents. Every plan includes a monthly allowance; if you use more than your allowance in a month, top up with a one-off credit pack (these never expire and roll over).

Personal
Personal is no longer sold. If you're already on Personal, nothing changes — your plan carries on as it is. Anyone signing up now chooses Solo or above.
All prices are per month, in GBP. There's no charge per floor: every plan includes unlimited floors; the meter that scales with how much you use IntelligentWolf is Wolf Credits, not the number of floors or clients you run.
Topping up Wolf Credits
If you need more credits than your plan's monthly allowance, buy a one-off top-up pack. These add straight to your balance and never expire:

Changing or cancelling your plan
Move up, move down or cancel any time from Settings → Billing. There's no penalty for changing your mind — you're never locked into a term. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you aren't charged again.
When you're charged
Your first payment is taken on the day you sign up, and then once a month on the same date. Wolf Credits top-ups are separate one-off payments that only happen when you press the button — nothing is ever bought automatically.
Tips
- Watch your Wolf Credits balance in Settings — if you're using a lot of AI image or video generation, a top-up pack usually works out cheaper per credit the bigger you buy.
- If you outgrow Solo — more credits, more seats, more floors, or you want the autonomous staff — the plans above are the real, current ladder to move up.
- Enterprise pricing is quoted individually; nobody is charged automatically on that tier.
